Following the success of X Condo across the road, Great Gulf began the development process on X2. Much like its sister-condo, X2 boasts high-end design and an unprecedented location just steps from Bloor Street.  However, X2 goes above and beyond X Condos, adding 7,000 sf of retail space to the ground floor.  

As soon as this retail component was determined, the First Gulf Retail Leasing team set to work finding the right retailers to immediately service more than 1,000 residential units across X and X2.  The result? Fully-leased retail months well in advance of construction completion, and eager condo-dwellers excited to meet their new neighbours.
