Working as third-party contractor to Great Gulf Homes, First Gulf’s construction team was engaged by our residential sister company to deliver this 12-storey residential development at the corner of Richmond and Spadina in downtown Toronto. With 217 units, underground parking, and 5,000 sf of retail space on the ground floor, the Toronto market responded well to this development, and the construction team had to ensure that the new homeowners had their units on time. 

Once the building was complete, our retail leasing team worked to find the perfect tenant for this coveted corner of ground floor retail located just a few steps from busy Queen West. In the end, this development became a keystone example of the excellence that could be delivered through the Great Gulf / First Gulf collaborative approach.
