In the midst of some of the busiest districts in Toronto, First Gulf and Great Gulf continue to find ways to distinguish new developments from any surrounding mixed-use developments. In the case of Charlie, located in the heart of the Entertainment District, the First Gulf Retail Leasing team worked hand-in-hand with the Great Gulf development team to find tenants that would attract locals and tourists alike. 

The resulting 36-storey tower (with over 320,000 sf of condominium space) is impressive, but the 6,000 sf of unique, street-level retail carefully integrated with beautiful public art also goes a long way to captivate passers-by.
